TO CONSIDER AMENDMENTS TO
THE VACATION RENTAL HOMES ORDINANCE
AND MAKE RECOMMENDATION TO COUNCIL
The Planning and Zoning Commission will consider amending the Vacation Rental Homes Ordinance reflecting comments and suggestions made by residents and property owners regarding VRH being allowed in the City of Grove.
Upon discussion of the proposed changes, the Planning and Zoning Commission will take action and make a recommendation to the Mayor and Council. The date this item will be considered by Mayor and Council has not been determined at this time. The City of Grove will follow the Open Meeting Act and post Notice of the meeting accordingly.

Residents who live outside Grove city limits, but within the Grove Fire District are subject to charges for Fire Services. Residents are encouraged to purchase an annual Fire Subscription to avoid being charged for Fire Services.
